CALL FOR PAPERS
Original and unpublished papers are solicited from the above-mentioned areas. The file format should be PDF. The author(s) name(s) and address(es) must not appear in the paper, and self reference should be in the third person. This is to facilitate double blind review. Only the title should be shown at the first page without the author's information. Papers must be formatted according to the template which is available at the SAC 2016 website. Paper size is limited to six pages (covered by registration fee) plus two additional pages (at extra charge), being the total of eight pages maximum according to the above-mentioned template. For papers accepted as posters, the length is two pages covered by registration fee plus one additional page (at extra charge), being the total of three pages maximum. A few key words should be provided. A paper cannot be sent to more than one track. Original manuscripts should be submitted in electronic format through the conference web site
Paper registration for the conference is required for each accepted paper and allows the paper to be printed in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending SAC must present the paper. This is a requirement for the paper to be included in the ACM/IEEE digital library. No-show of scheduled papers will result in excluding the papers from the ACM/IEEE digital library.
Student Research Competition: Graduate students seeking feedback from the scientific community on their research ideas are invited to submit original abstracts of their research work in areas of experimental computing and application development related to SAC 2020 Tracks. The Student Research Competition (SRC) program is designed to provide graduate students the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with researcher and practitioners in their areas of interest. Please submit your research abstracts electronically to the SRC START submission system in PDF format. Please see SAC 2020 website for the START system URL.
SAC No-Show Policy
Paper registration is required, allowing the inclusion of the papers and posters in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending SAC MUST present the paper. This is a requirement for all accepted papers, posters, and invited SRC submissions to be included in the ACM digital library. No-show of scheduled papers, posters, and student research abstracts will result in excluding them from the ACM digital library.

Short CV of the Track Chairs
Soon Ki Jungis a professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering at Kyungpook National University (KNU), Daegu, Korea. He received the B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from KNU in 1990, and received the M.S. degree and the Ph.D degree in Computer Science from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Engineering (KAIST) in 1992 and in 1997, respectively. From 1997 to 1998, he was a Research Associate in the Institute for Advanced Computer Studies at the University of Maryland. Since 1998, he has been a Professor at KNU. From 2001 to 2002, and from 2008 to 2009, he was a Research Associate and a Visiting Faculty, respectively, in IRIS Computer Vision Lab at University of Southern California. His research interest includes computer vision, computer graphics, virtual/augmented reality, and HCI.
Currently, he serves as outside director of IDIS Ltd., and as the vice president of Korean HCI Society and Korean Computer Graphics Society. He served as the track chair for Smart-Human Computer Interaction in ACM SAC 2014 - 2019.
Anand Paul is currently working in The School of Computer Science and Engineering, Kyungpook National University, South Korea as an associate professor. He was previously an Assistant Professor at Hanyang University from 2010 to 2012. Globally, he represents Korea as an MPEG (Motion Picture Expert Group) Delegate for the M2M Focus group for the International Telecommunication Union. As a member of MPEG he contributed to the formation of the latest video coding standard entitled HEVC, and is currently working for the M2M standard as well He got his the Ph.D. degree in the electrical engineering at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 2010. His research interests include M2M, and Media Processing and Reconfigurable Embedded Computing. From 2004 to 2010 he has been awarded Outstanding International Student Scholarship, and in 2009 he won the best paper award in national computer symposium, Taipei, Taiwan.
He serves as a reviewer for several IEEE, ACM and IET Journals. He gave invited talk in International Symposium on Embedded Technology workshop in 2012, Daegu, South Korea., He is an MPEG and M2M ITU-T Delegate representing South Korea. He is the track chair for Smart-Human Computer Interaction session in ACM SAC 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
P.Ganesh Kumar received his B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Dr.Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering Under University of Madras in 2003, M.S (by research) degree in Information Technology from Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering under Anna University, Chennai in 2008, Ph.D degree in the faculty of Information and Communication Engineering under Anna University Coimbatore in 2012. From 2003 to 2008 he worked as Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology in Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology in Anna University Regional Centre, Coimbatore since 2008. He has a total teaching experience of 11 years. He is the recipient of student scientist award from TNSCST in 2003, IEEE best paper award in 2007, IET best paper award in 2011, travel grant as Young Scientist from DST in 2013 to Singapore, Workshop Grant from DBT in 2014, travel grant as from DBT and CSIR in 2014 to USA. He has guided 98 M.Tech Thesis and guiding 12 Ph.D Scholars under Anna University Chennai in the topic of application of soft computing techniques for data mining based problems in Bio-informatics, Wireless Sensor Networks, Smart Grid, Image Processing, Cloud Computing and Big Data Analytics. He has published his research work in 12 International journals, 37 International Conferences and 58 National Conferences. He is the resource person for delivering technical talk in UGC, AICTE, TEQIP, ICMR, IETE, and IEEE sponsored seminars in various technical institutions. He served as Assistant Controller of Examinations in erstwhile Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore. Currently he holds additional responsibility as HOD (i/c) for the Department of Computer Applications, Placement Co-ordinator and CSI Student Branch Co-ordinator. He is the Life Member of ISTE, Professional Member in IEEE, IEEE-Computational Intelligence Society, ACM and CSI.
Awais Ahmad Dr. Ahmad received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Korea in Feb 2017. He was with Yeungnam University from March 2017 to February 2018, and then he joined Bahria University, and currently he is in the Dept. Computer Science , University of Milan. His current research work is on Big Data SIoT/IoT, Human dynamics, WSN, M2M. He serves as a Guest Editor and reviewer for many IEEE/Elsevier/ACM/Springer Journals. He has privilege to publish his work in reputed IEEE/ACM/Elsevier Journals, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE ICC, and IEEE LCN. He has published more than 50 International Journal and conference combined. He received best student paper award in 2015 (Beijing).
